Their primary responsibility is to ensure that the designs are practical and buildable, cost effective and alinged with the employer's requirements or contractor's proposals .
Senior Design Manager Main Contractor
The role is for a senior design manager looking at the next step and pathway in their career leading to principle design manager . Key responsibillities include design co-ordination from stage 2 to stage 4 during PCSA's and stage 4 to stage 5 during construction period . Undertaking technical reviews to assess design drawings and specifications for constructability, compliance and efficiency. A good technical understanding of the various gateways on the BSA . A full understanding of Town planning submissions to assist with discharge notifications .

Positions are available in Central London as well as zones two through to zone 6 . Manchester area and Birmingham area
