The project planner is responsible for co-ordinating and scheduling various aspects of a construction project to ensure efficient execution within time and budget constraints. The role involves detailed planning , resource allocation and communication with stakeholders to manage project timelines effectively
Senior Planning Manager - Tier 1 Main Contractor
The Senior Planning role covers multiple projects some which maybe in the PCSA stage and others that are on site , the Senior Planner will have a number of project based planners reporting directly to them . Responsibilities include reporting on a weekl;y and monthly basis , progress , mitigation strategies , EWN's and accompanying projects . The role requires that you are fully conversant in the latest versions of ASTA software and that you have the ability to use other software that asissts in the recording and reporting on the planning function
About The Company
The company are a tier 1 main contractor and undertake projects ranging in value from £60m to £150m + . The company operates in both the private commercail and residential markets but also a large proportion of their turnover is in public sector including Health Sector and Eduacational Sectors
Location: London & Home Counties -Agile Working
Whilst the role is project based there is the opportunity to work remotely for part of the week thus giving a degree of flexibility
